Round 4: Hutchinson busier and Richards not accomplishing much on the counter. Showboating from the Scotsman as he makes his man miss. Richards more aggressive but Hutchinson fires back with shots of his own. Right hand lands for Hutchinson. We’re a third of the way through and the Scotsman has tactical control.
Mike Tyson awed the world with his boxing skills in the ring in the 1980s. But in the 1990s, he started making headlines for the wrong reasons. On Feb. 10, 1992, he was convicted of raping Desiree Washington, an 18-year-old beauty pageant contestant.
A month later, Tyson’s co-manager, Jim Jacobs, died. While Tyson was at the funeral, his wife Robin was at the bank, demanding to know the whereabouts of “her money.” Shortly thereafter, they confronted Tyson’s surviving manager, Bill Cayton, demanding a full accounting and ultimately reducing his share of the champ’s earnings from one-third to 20 percent. Tyson’s behavior became increasingly erratic, ramming cars into trees, getting into a street brawl with boxer Mitch Green and, on a disastrous trip to Russia, chasing Robin and her mother through the hotel corridors in a drunken rage. In a nationally televised interview with Barbara Walters, Givens told America of her “life of horror” with a manic-depressive Mike Tyson, while the heavyweight champ sat meekly at her side, looking to some observers like a tranquilized pit bull. Shortly after the interview Tyson smashed up furniture, glassware, and windows at their mansion in Bernardsville, N.J., and Givens fled to Los Angeles, where she filed for divorce. At the time, she was generally seen as the villain. Her image was splashed across the tabloids with the simple caption: Most Hated Woman in America.
Paul gets his face tattooed in a video, and he gets up to show it’s the same tattoo Tyson had on his face for years. In addition, Paul confirmed that he is fighting Mike Tyson and expressed his enthusiasm for the fight. Furthermore, Paul imitated Tyson’s infamous words to Donovan ‘Razor’ Ruddock about making him his girlfriend. Subsequently, Paul mimicked a few more of Tyson’s famous quotes and stated, “My style is impetuous. My defense is impregnable. I want your heart. I want to eat his children. On the 20th, I’ll come out victorious.”
Round 12: Quick hands from Hutchinson, who has a second wind and is boxing smart. Counter jab scores and it’s all slipping away for Richards. Excellent tactical round from the Scot who rubberstamps what should be a wide victory with a fabulous closing round.
Round 11: One-two from Ford scores. Right hand and a body shot from Ball. A big attack from the challenger but nothing landed. Great left to the body from Ford. Jab scores well from Ford. Ball takes a left hand and asks for more. He’s not able to pin the American down and the rounds are slipping away.
In 1985 at age 18, Tyson qualified for the U.S. Olympic trials but lost to eventual gold medalist Henry Tillman. Though disappointed, Tyson decided to turn professional shortly after under D’Amato’s management.

On. Jan. 22, Tyson and Lewis came to blows during a televised news conference. The originally scheduled date of April 6 was pushed back to June 8, in part because the Nevada State Athletic Commission refused to license Tyson for the bout, and at the Pyramid Arena in Memphis, Tennessee, Lewis knocked out Tyson in the eighth round.

Lomachenko was considered over the hill by many entering the Devin Haney fight. After all, Loma struggled to a decision win over Jamaine Ortiz prior. But against Haney, Lomachenko proved that he’s still elite.
“I could’ve done everything better,” Tyson said after the fight, leaving the door open for another exhibition. “Everything I was doing I could’ve done it better, so God willing, I’ll be better the next exhibition.”
Zhang (27-2-1, 22 KOs) blasted home a heavy right-hand shot to the jaw of Wilder in the fifth that forced him to spin 180 degrees into a corner. Quick as a flash, another right landed flush and the American just melted to the canvas and lay flat on his back. Always brave, “The Bronze Bomber” found his feet, but the referee had no choice but to wave the fight off.
